NYCT “SANDY” RECOVERY PROJECT CRANBERRY TUBE REHABILITATION 

This project included the removal and replacement of the positive and negative traction power cables powering the third rail system. The replacement and mitigation of the power equipment in the DC circuit breaker house and substation, antenna system (Fiber Optic and Copper cable), communication system, and emergency alarm/emergency telephone systems.​

    • Removal and replacement of the positive and negative traction power cables powering the third rail system

    • Replacement and mitigation of the power equipment in the DC circuit breaker house and substation, antenna system (Fiber Optic and Copper cable), communication system and emergency alarm/emergency telephone systems

    • Restoration and mitigation to two fan plants and two pump rooms, and reconstruction of electrical duct bank within the bench wall system

    • Upgrades to NYCT signal system
