The NYCT Montague Furman Substation project, valued at $4 million, has reached substantial completion. This project involved the replacement of two 27KV high-tension switchgear units and the low-tension switchgear. Additionally, flood mitigation measures were implemented, including the installation of steel columns, elevated platforms, flood doors, flood vents, a sump pit, a roll-up gate, and flood barriers.
We are proud to have worked with NYCT on this important project, which will help to ensure the reliability of the electrical grid in Brooklyn.
